From the series ‘It’s getting hot in here’ (2018-2020) in which I stick my environment to myself.
‘It’s getting hot in here’ comprises photos, performances and drawings that are inspired by cases built by caddis fly larvae. These aquatic animals gather whatever is in their immediate surroundings to create camouflaged cones, tubes and stacks, glued together around their bodies.
